Who is invited to the conference?
Finance attendees will receive an invitation email from Survey Monkey on behalf of Laura Wood.  IT attendees will receive an invitation email from Survey Monkey on behalf of Kelly Milne.  If there is someone you think should attend the conference that has not been invited, please contact your Division Controller to receive approval by the VP of Finance and/or the corporate office.  IT attendees should obtain approval from Byron Gaddis by e-mailing their request to Kelly Milne (
What is the dress code for the conference and events?
The conference dress code is “business casual”, however, appropriate jeans (no holes, tears, etc.) can be worn to the Monday night Meet and Greet reception.  Additionally, business suitable shorts that are an appropriate length (no cut-offs, athletic shorts, shorts shorter than 3” above the knee, etc.) can be worn to our off-site event on Wednesday night.   
When are International Finance Reviews?
International Reviews are always on the Monday prior to the start of the conference.  A schedule and meeting room assignments will be sent to required attendees prior the event.
Can we depart Phoenix on the last day of the conference?
Yes, the conference ends on Thursday at approximately 5:00 p.m. Please do not schedule a return that requires you to leave early to catch a flight, everyone is required to stay for closing remarks.  It is also recommended that you allocate additional time to get from the hotel to the airport due to rush hour traffic. 
How are meals/hotel paid for?
Hotel rooms, meals and meeting space associated with the International Finance Reviews, Finance and IT Conference and VP's of Finance Meeting are paid by Corporate. Airfare, ground transportation, parking, incidentals, and any additional meals are paid by Division.  Please check your division/corporate travel policy to determine what incidentals are covered as reimbursable expenses.  Any upgraded room charges, customized items like spa services, golf, etc. and hotel room costs associated with personal/recreational travel will be the responsibility of the attendee.  
Where do I go to print boarding passes or arrange to ship items home, if necessary?
There are kiosks located at the Link Cafe in the lower lobby of the hotel where attendees can print complimentary boarding passes.  For larger parcel shipping, please visit the Business Center located next to the Thunder Two meeting room.
Where is the 2018 FIT Conference going to be held?
The Marriott Anaheim in Anaheim, CA.
